Fred came for a one to one class on Sunday and what a lovely gentleman he is, with a fabulous positive attitude, he just jumped in and enjoyed the process.
I really enjoyed his company and his stories of being an author and his travels around the world.... He's off deep sea diving in Indonesia next week too... I call that living the dream 😁
