Rodbaston Animal Zone has over 750 animals to view with Animal Encounters and Feeding Sessions taking place daily. Pocket money treats are on hand in the shop and we have a well-stocked Visitor Centre, selling cakes, sandwiches and snacks for hungry adventurers!

🐾 School visits are now available at the Animal Zone! 🐾

If you are looking for a fun, educational, and memorable experience for your learners, we’re now welcoming school visits until we open for the school/summer holidays on 18th July 2026 (available Tuesdays - Fridays).

What can you expect?

✅ A 2-hour interactive visit
✅ The chance to meet our amazing animals, from fluffy favourites to fascinating scaly creatures
✅ A guided Zoo tour
✅ Plenty of opportunities for hands-on learning and questions

We’ll also tailor the experience depending on age and weather, with shorter animal sessions, plus playtime, crafts, and refreshment breaks to keep everyone engaged!

What times do we offer?

🕙 Morning: 10am–12pm
🕛 Afternoon: 12pm–2pm

How much does it cost?

💷 £10 per child (+ VAT)
😮 Adults go FREE!

Can’t come to us? We’ll bring the Zoo to you! 🚐

For just £60 per hour (+ travel & VAT), we can bring along a fantastic selection of animals to your school, including:

🐰 Rabbits
🐹 Guinea pigs
🦦 Ferrets
🕷️ Invertebrates
