We had a fab evening, you are all very talented and perfect students!

Yarnstravaganza is back.

It's time to reveal the dates for our annual celebration of yarn shops.

Put the dates, 26 September to 3 October, in your diary now and keep an eye out for what your local yarn shop might be up to.

We’ll be sharing news from participating shops about the events their running over the next few weeks - look out for special knit nights, games and giveaways.

We've had a great summer here at Wool Monkey but Autumn is rapidly approaching.

So, from next week, 24th August, the Wool Monkey yarn shop in Pen*stone will be back to our normal opening hours.

This means we will be open until 4pm most days once again.

It's only a little change but it gives you all an extra 4 hours a week or yarn buying time!

I had to test this new yarn we have in the Wool Monkey shop.

Guess what? I loved it!

It’s silky and soft to work with and shimmers beautifully.

I might have to test it again 😉

The pattern and yarn are both available in the shop - so come down and have a squish - it’s even better when you see it for real!
