Pencoed & District Town Twinning Association The Pencoed and District Town Twinning Association is twinned with Waldsassen in Bavaria and Plouzane in Brittany

The Pencoed and District Town Twinning Association is twinned with Waldsassen in Bavaria and Plouzane in Brittany. We are a voluntary organisation and our purpose is to promote and perpetuate the exchange of cultural and educational exchanges for the benefit of the residents of the respective towns. The town twinning charter between Waldsassen and Pencoed was signed in 1987 and The town twinning c

harter between Plouzane and Pencoed was signed in 1996. The association welcomes residents of Porthcawl and surrounding area to participate and enjoy the relationships established between Pencoed and our twin towns.
