Homo (Sapien) 💐

This fearless new play from Conor O'Dwyer comes to Peebles! Having won multiple awards and garnered rave reviews, you'll be laughing at this riotous production.

Fearing that he’ll die a virgin, Joey goes on a misguided quest to get his hole before it’s too late. On his odyssey, he comes face to face with his deeply buried internalised homophobia, the residue of Catholic guilt, and the looming threat of violence from the local GAA lads...

Coppélia 🩰

This Sunday we welcome the debut performance of the South of Scotland Youth Ballet Company!

Coppélia, considered one of the greatest comic ballets of the 19th Century, has remained one of the best-loved classical works in the Ballet repertory.

Dr. Coppélius is a doctor who has made a life-size dancing doll. It is so lifelike that Franz, a village youth, becomes infatuated with it and sets aside his heart's true desire, Swanhilda. She shows him his folly by dressing as the doll, pretending to make it come to life and ultimately saving him from an untimely end at the hands of the inventor.

National Theatre Live: All My Sons 🎭

Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) and Marianne Jean-Baptiste (Hard Truths) feature in a five-star, triumphantly acclaimed new production of Arthur Miller’s classic play, from visionary director Ivo Van Hove (A View from the Bridge).

One family, the heart of the American dream. When wartime delivers profits for Joe, it comes at a price when his partner is charged with criminal manufacturing deals, and his eldest son goes missing in action. Will peacetime bring peace of mind, or will he be confronted by the consequence of his actions?

Filmed live from the West End, Paapa Essiedu (I May Destroy You), Tom Glynn Carney
(House of the Dragon), and Hayley Squires (I, Daniel Blake) also feature in this disturbingly prescient play.

Catch National Theatre Live: All My Sons at Eastgate this Friday at 1pm and 7pm!
