Just to let anyone know that will be attending Stevies funeral a week tomorrow that he will leave from The Patter on his final jounrey at around 11.25am before his service at Woodside.

We will never be able to put into words just how much the messages, check ins and donations have helped over these days. From the bottom of our hearts. Thank you 🖤🤍

On behalf of Stevies boys we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has donated, shared the fundraiser, sent messages, and shown support over the past few days. The kindness, generosity, and love shown has been overwhelming and is a true reflection of how much he meant to so many people.

Reading your stories, memories, and tributes has brought comfort during an incredibly difficult time and reminds us just how many lives he touched.

We are so grateful for every donation, no matter the amount, and for everyone who has taken the time to share the fundraiser and help us reach others who knew and loved him.

For those asking, funeral arrangements are currently being organised. We will update everyone with the details as soon as they have been confirmed.

Thank you again for standing with us, for your continued support, and for helping us give him the send-off he deserves. ❤️

It still doesn’t feel real that we’re having to say goodbye to someone who was such a huge part of so many people’s lives.

He brought laughter, comfort, stories, and unforgettable memories everywhere he went, and for many of us the Patter Bar will never feel quite the same without him there. He had a way of making everyone feel included, whether you’d known him years or had only just met him. The amount of people hurting right now shows just how loved he truly was.

A fundraiser has now been set up to help towards funeral costs and to give him the send-off he deserves. We know times are hard for everyone, so there is absolutely no pressure, but any donation or even a simple share would mean so much to the family and everyone close to him.

More than anything, we just want to come together for someone who gave so much of himself to others over the years.

We will be sure to raise a glass and sing a few songs tonight for Steven Rush in his memory 🤍
