I had the best birthday at Kynance Cove last week. We got there super early and had the beach pretty much to ourselves. We swam in the sea, played boule on the sand, lazed on the beach and ate homemade bacon baps. All whilst being surrounded by the most spectacular scenery. We even witnessed a proposal on top of the headland! Just the most perfect, simple day.

Loving beach life and everything it offers. Walks, views, sunbathing, paddling, swimming, games and just staring at the sea! Loving the gorgeous sunsets too, they are breathtaking 🌅

Lovely morning walk from Holywell to Polly Joke, blue skies, bird song, views for miles and a gorgeous swim at the end. Got to get you special moments before the crowds descend!

Walked to Clodgy Point, such an incredibly beautiful place. The colour of the sea was mind blowing, the views were phenomenal and there was hardly anyone there. Instead all crammed into the streets of St Ives, I know where I’d rather be!

I’m not usually a keen sea swimmer but I’ve been in several times and it was gorgeous. I’m so very lucky to call this place home. I keep falling further in love with Cornwall every single day!

We found a little spot opposite Crantock Beach away from the crowds. It was so peaceful and tranquil. We also spent some time on Poly Joke Beach. What a perfect way to spend a Sunday in the sun ☀️
