12:00 competition start

Event 1 Farmers walk 90kg each hand (fastest time wins)
Event 2 Log press 85kg (for reps)
Event 3 Deadlift 180kg (for reps)
Event 4 sandbag toss 10kg 15kg 20kg 25kg (fastest time and amount of sandbags successfully tossed wins)
Event 5 barrel loading race 5x11gal barrels (fastest time and amount of barrels wins)
