Delighted to show you who is wearing the jeans that I have feverishly stitching, and yesterday they had their first outing and were seen by the colourful and Joan Schulz . Delighted to announce that I have a new course at a new venue on 28th June, hand embroidered lavender bags inspired by flowers. Learn some simple embroidery stitched whilst creating a circular floral themed design. Details on Bridgewater Gardens website under events. Come and join me in beautiful surroundings and learn something new.

An unexpected encounter in the car park at Stratford upon Avon. Oh 'Hamlet' was equally thrilling. Extraordinary design by , more an event than a set. And in the title role is a revelation. Highly recommend

What a perfect way to spend a soggy grey day! A Boro inspired workshop with the ladies who embraced the layering and hand stitching techniques and produced a wonderful array of work.

Spent a creative fun day with the Meadow Quilters yesterday leading them off piste into the world of improv patchwork, and I am happy to say that they embraced the experience wholeheartedly. I had given them a heads up as what to expect on Tuesday evening with my Bust the Rules and get Creative talk and it seemed to have done the trick. DM me if you would like me to visit your quilting/textiles group.

What better way to start the week than some slow hand stitching whilst catching up with
'Great Pottery Throwdown'. I'm working on a pair of jeans for a very special chap, adding layers of patches with running stitch and stab stitched edges inspired by Japanese Boro. Thoroughly enjoyable!
