We are deeply saddened today to hear of the passing of our dear friend and colleague, the inimitable Nick Quartley. Known throughout Oxford for his kind nature, sharp wit and immense talent, Nick was loved and revered by everyone lucky enough to have known him. Oxford has lost a great man and you will be sorely missed by us all. 💔

Today we are so full of thanks! 🤗

Troika: Recollections started as a little seed of an idea about memories - something small to get Troika Theatre going again after a bit of a break. We never expected that it would grow into a filmed documentary, with a premiere screening, full of the wonderful faces of Oxford’s thriving local theatre scene! 🎥🎭

We’ve said it many times and we will continue to say it 4eva! Special thanks to Off Beat who helped make our dream a reality and we are always grateful to everyone at Old Fire Station, Oxford who supported us on filming day and screening day. 🙏🏻

Thank you to Everybody Panic (who did the least amount of panicking despite their name) for filming and editing this documentary; it’s like a hug for your eyes! 🤖

Thanks to Ben, Merlin, Bob, Colin B, Polly, Colin R, Jenny, Mary & Emma for taking part and being YOURSELVES! 💜💙💚

It’s Offbeat time!

Starting today Off Beat returns to paint Oxford pink! Big shout-out to the festival team and all the venue staff and volunteers who have been working for many, many months to make this festival one hell of a party!
