Before you go to sleep, remember this: you don’t have to carry every worry by yourself.

You don’t have to carry every worry, solve every problem, or have every answer tonight. Jesus invites you to come to Him just as you are.

Take a deep breath. Release what you cannot control. Let God’s peace settle your heart.
