Thank you to everyone who joined our Christmas Sparkle event and brought so much festive cheer — you really did "rock this party"

It has been truly wonderful to be back energizing with you all this year. A big welcome back to our OGs returning to the dance floor, and a warm welcome to all our new clients too.

Energize has always been, and will always be, about wellbeing — bringing people together for fun, fitness, and community. Thank you for being part of this and for the energy you bring each week.
