MEET THE TEAM! ⚒️🖤

👋🏻 Hi everyone,
I'm Becks, Manager of The Carpenters Arms.
As we've now been open for four weeks, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the people of Ossett and surrounding areas for the incredible support you've shown since reopening.

It's been an amazing first month. We've welcomed thousands of guests, created new jobs, supported local causes, and most importantly, brought this much-loved pub back to life.

We've learned a lot in a short space of time, listened carefully to feedback, and are already making improvements behind the scenes. We're committed to getting better every week and providing a pub that Ossett can be proud of.

I'm also incredibly proud that we've recently been awarded a 5-Star 🌟 Food Hygiene Rating, a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our fantastic team.

If you ever have feedback, good or bad, please come and speak to me. I'd much rather have a conversation and the opportunity to put things right than miss the chance to learn and improve.

Thank you to everyone who has visited, recommended us, left a review or simply popped in for a drink. Your support genuinely means a lot.

Today we're celebrating Beer Day Britain, the UK's national beer day and the perfect excuse to raise a glass to our favourite drink!

Following our EHO inspection by Wakefield Council this evening, we're delighted to have been awarded a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating!

A fantastic achievement and a real credit to our hardworking team, who have put in an incredible effort over the last few weeks, since opening.

We're so proud, and thank you to all our customers for your continued support. 🍻
