I’m so happy to announce that Breath of Eden will be joining us at the very first Temple of Higher Frequency Gathering.

Charlotte creates a space that feels genuinely safe, supportive and deeply held, allowing you to fully surrender to the experience. Her work is grounded, compassionate and offered with great integrity.

Breathwork has the ability to gently quiet the mind, release stored tension, regulate the nervous system and reconnect you with yourself in a way that words often cannot. Every journey is unique, meeting you exactly where you are.

I can honestly say that taking part in breathwork with Charlotte has been one of the most profound experiences I’ve ever had. It has brought me moments of deep clarity, emotional release and a lasting sense of peace that stayed with me long after the session ended.

Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have an established practice, Charlotte has a beautiful way of guiding each person with care and presence.

Introducing Joe, part of the Temple of higher Frequency Team.

Joe Coffey Founder of MESPA

Joe is an Army veteran, father, DJ, wellbeing practitioner and founder of MESPA – Mental, Emotional, Spiritual & Physical Awareness.

Through his own experiences of trauma, adversity and rebuilding his life, Joe has developed a deep passion for helping others reconnect with themselves through healing, emotional awareness and nervous system regulation.

Believing that true strength lies in gentleness, Joe advocates for a new approach to masculinity one that embraces vulnerability, emotional intelligence, compassion and authentic human connection.

Throughout the weekend, Joe will be holding space within the MESPA Healing Tent, offering:

This is the land that will hold the very first Temple of Higher Frequency Gathering…

Every time I walk this land, something inside me softens. I find myself slowing down, taking a deeper breath, listening a little more closely. It reminds me why this vision was born in the first place.

There is something truly special here.

During the day, it’s peaceful. Birds sing through the ancient trees, the meadows stretch for miles, and the stone circle quietly invites you to pause, be present, and reconnect with yourself.

I love simply wandering here, feeling the land beneath my feet and allowing it to guide me. Every visit deepens my connection, and every visit reminds me that this is exactly where we’re meant to gather.

Then, as the sun begins to set, everything transforms.

The sky glows with colour, the lights begin to twinkle, the fire is lit, music drifts across the fields, and the whole place comes alive in a way that’s difficult to put into words.

It feels… magical.

This August, we’ll gather here for an unforgettable weekend of connection, creativity and community.

We’ll share live music, fire jams beneath the stars, sound baths, yoga, healing tents with incredible practitioners, a shamanic visionary art workshop, uplifting DJ sets, and so much more.

But more than anything, we’ll create a space where everyone belongs.

This isn’t an event where you simply come to watch.

If you have a song to sing, a drum to play, an instrument, a poem, a story, a dance, or a gift you’d like to share, bring it with you.

This workshop is part of the 14/16th weekend event and will be hosted on the Sunday.

Join me for a deeply nourishing and creative experience where art becomes medicine. Painting while overlooking miles of beautiful meadowland, surrounded by nature, stillness, and inspiration.

We will begin with a guided shamanic drum journey, travelling inward to reconnect with a moment in your life that felt truly sacred, divine, and alive. This may be a memory from meditation, prayer, a profound dream, a spiritual experience, or simply a moment when you felt deeply connected to something greater than yourself.

From this place of remembrance, you will create your own visionary painting.

This artwork becomes more than a picture—it becomes medicine from you to you.

A visual reminder of your connection to the Divine, your inner wisdom, and the deeper truths that can sometimes be forgotten amidst the busyness of daily life.

Take your painting home and allow it to become an anchor within your space, helping to raise the frequency of your environment and gently call you back to the sacred each time you see it.

🌿 Optional Sananga Ceremony 🌿

For those who feel called, there will be the opportunity to receive Sananga eye drops, a traditional Amazonian plant medicine used by indigenous tribes.
