Hi everyone, just an important message before the weekend.

We have a guest attending who has a severe nut allergy, so please do not bring any food, snacks or ingredients containing nuts onto the event site.

Please check labels carefully before packing your food, including sauces, spreads, cakes, protein/energy bars and other products that may contain nuts.

We want to make sure the space is safe and comfortable for everyone attending, so I really appreciate you taking extra care with this.

✨ Introducing Breath of Eden ✨

I’m so happy to announce that Breath of Eden will be joining us at the very first Temple of Higher Frequency Gathering.

Charlotte creates a space that feels genuinely safe, supportive and deeply held, allowing you to fully surrender to the experience. Her work is grounded, compassionate and offered with great integrity.

Breathwork has the ability to gently quiet the mind, release stored tension, regulate the nervous system and reconnect you with yourself in a way that words often cannot. Every journey is unique, meeting you exactly where you are.

I can honestly say that taking part in breathwork with Charlotte has been one of the most profound experiences I’ve ever had. It has brought me moments of deep clarity, emotional release and a lasting sense of peace that stayed with me long after the session ended.

Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have an established practice, Charlotte has a beautiful way of guiding each person with care and presence.

We’re honoured to have Breath of Eden as part of this gathering, and I can’t wait for you to experience the incredible work Charlotte brings.
