Summer solstice in Shetland is called the simmer dim, we get 19 hours of sunlight but the sun barely dips below the horizon so it remains dusk/twilight 😍
I will be opening up on Thursday this week because its the simmer dim rally just up the road, where 400 bikers gather for a long weekend. This is what brought me to Shetland the first time 37 years ago, who knew I'd end up moving here!
