From starting as one of our dancers to becoming such a loved and inspiring teacher, it has been so special watching your journey.

You are such a beautiful role model to our students — kind, hardworking, supportive and always bringing such a lovely energy into the studio. We are so proud of everything you’ve achieved and so grateful for everything you do for our dancers each week.

🌟Momentum Contemporary Championships 🌟

So proud of how our whole comp team held their own, danced and also had fun together today! From colouring minions, getting the parents to do numerous Costa trips and spending time together making memories 💖

The dancing and results are a bonus but seeing you all spending time together and enjoying each others company makes our hearts so full! The dancing is only half of our story 💖 (even if it was a very very good half of the story!!)

There is something I wish every dance parent knew.

Your child's dance teacher will forget most of the trophies. They will never forget your child.

They will remember the one who was afraid to walk into class and finally did. The one who cried in the corner and tried again anyway. The dancer who was not the most flexible, not the most advanced, not the one standing in the front row, but showed up every single week with heart.

They will remember the moment your child started believing in themselves.

Because dance is not just building performers. It is building young people who know how to work hard, take correction, handle disappointment, celebrate others, and keep going when something is hard.

So when you watch your child dance, do not only look for perfection.

Look for courage.
Look for joy.
Look for growth.

Because long after the costumes are packed away and the music has ended, those are the things dance will leave behind. Have an awesome day and enjoy the journey--Rhee ✌💕

What is Acro??

A question we get asked all the time!
It’s a blend of floor based gymnastics skills incorporated into dance numbers, performed to music.
Acro is one of our specialities at RFDance, we spend a lot of time in our classes teaching the skills and we love and pride ourselves on teaching correct alignment and technique to ensure our dancers are safe in all their skills!!

From beginners mastering a forwards roll to our advanced dancers twisting and back tucking - we teach it all and celebrate every single skill achieved along the way ✨✨

5:15-6 Junior Beginner Acro (Ages 7-10)
6-6:45 Intermediate Acro

Thursdays
4:30-5:15 Beginner Acro (Ages 6-10)
5:15-6 Intermediate Acro
