Studio 2 is amazing in this weather as it’s freezing 80% of the year. Studio 1 will be in full show rehearsals but we will be taking it at a slower pace cleaning our routines and focusing on performance ensuring their is plenty of drinks breaks whenever our dancers need them

Happy Father’s Day to all our amazing Dance Dads! 💙

The dads who sit through every show.

The dads who learn the dance names (even if they pretend not to 😉).

The dads who spend weekends and week nights driving to classes, rehearsals and performances.

The dads who cheer the loudest from the audience.

The dads who help with hair, costumes and last-minute forgotten dance shoes.

Most importantly, the dads who encourage their children to believe in themselves and chase their dreams. ✨

✨🫶 My dad still does all this for me now as a 32 year old grown adult 🫶✨

Thank you for all the lifts, support, patience and love you give behind the scenes.

💖 Then and Now 💖

Rose - one of our first 30 pupils to join us when RFDance first started. 🫶
I genuinely don’t think I heard her talk for the first year or 2 but she was always at dancing, taking every class she could, worked really hard and was a real powerhouse!
Fast forwards all these years and we struggle to get her to stop talking in classes, every week there’s a new story 😂
But she’s still the powerhouse she’s always been! Rose was one of those students that when she first started her (and her mum 🫶) introduced so many new dancers to our studio, which I will forever be grateful for! We’ve still got a few dancers that still dance with us now all these years later that Rose and her mum introduced to us.
I know she will hate this post but we want to recognise all your years of loyalty and say thank you! 💖🫶

💪 Small but mighty!! 💪

Our comp team meant business this weekend! CUO UK CHAMPS!
We only had 5 dancers attending and oh my gosh did they deliver!! There was some really big tough categories so these results are insane!!

Humongous congratulations girls! You should be so proud of yourselves!

These girls comes to train at the studio and it’s so nice to see the rewards paying off, we aren’t a big school, we don’t have the biggest studio, we don’t attend the biggest comps, we aren’t as strict as a lot of studios but we have so much heart. And to see these girls training and results honestly speaks for itself - The Whole teaching team at RFDance - thank you! Your hard work and commitment to our studio shows in results like this 💖💖💪💪

💖 Then & Now 🫶

Amber - Another dancer who I’ve had the honour of teaching since around 4 years old in nursery.
Believe it or not she didn’t always want to join in at first, she was so shy and nervous!

However I’m so glad you finally found your confidence - look at you now girl! 💖💖

I could always tell you were naturally talented - as a tutu cute you just loved to move and dance - as a pre junior you flourished - as a junior you were constantly pushing yourself and wow as a pre teen you are a very talented dancer, an incredible role model to our younger dancer and a pleasure to have in every class.
This girls work ethic is something else! In privates she is there to work - if I try to talk or ask her how her weeks been I get the shortest answers in the politest way way because I know she is there to train!

I honestly can’t wait to see the rest of your journey girlie!! 💖💖🫶🫶

I’ve taught this amazing human being from around 4 years old in her nursery! She’s always been an absolute pleasure to have in class, one of the kindest, politest and loveliest dancers I’ve ever come across.
Hannah - it has been an honour and I’m so glad and privileged to have you on this journey with us. Watching you grown into the young lady you are today has been something truly special! 💖🥹
