It is with great sadness to announce that The UCB / Barking Tales is taking an indefinite hiatus. This is mainly due to the landlord being an unsavoury crook. Also I, (Harriet) have gotten too busy to give it all the time / attention it needs.
Thank you to all that came and spent time in our little space as it really was magical at times. To Mercy and Jo (RIP) for making it look so lovely, I will always think of it and smile (even the depiction of me as an alien fish!)
We’ve got some donations left in the pot that we’ll have a think about how they’re best to be dished out. If anyone wants any furniture / books or anything, let me know.
Once the dust has settled we’ll have a think about in what capacity we can bring it back to another space.
So yes, thanks for all the support. Hope to see you again somewhere soon xx
