We’re excited to be hosting Write Night at Billingtons on Thursday 28th May, a lovely evening bringing together writers, creativity and conversation in our historic ballroom.

Today we’re open and welcoming Oldham College into the venue, and this weekend we’re proud to be hosting the Pennine Mencap Ladies Afternoon Tea before a wedding rehearsal on Sunday ahead of a very special day.

It’s such a mix of community, connection and celebration all under one historic roof here in Oldham.

From corporate events and private hire to dances, parties, networking mornings and life celebrations, Billingtons continues to be a place where people come together.

Our Billingtons Business Breakfast continues to sell out month after month, bringing together a brilliant mix of local businesses, friendly faces and genuine conversations in the ballroom.

For just £8.50, you’ll enjoy a breakfast sandwich with tea or coffee while networking with like minded people from across Oldham and the surrounding areas.

That’s what makes this place special to me.

It’s not just about events... it’s about giving people somewhere to come together again.

Whether it’s a dance class, a birthday party, a business event, a charity fundraiser or a family gathering, there’s something lovely about seeing the room full of life and conversation.

And during the more difficult moments in life, we’re also here to offer a calm, welcoming space for funeral wakes and celebrations of life, helping families come together comfortably with care and respect.
