This year our markets will be held over 3 amazing Saturday's - 14th, 21st & 28th November (10am-4pm) across 3 fabulous venues across our beautiful wee town! ❤️

⭐Get this date in your diary for Saturday the 26th September⭐ The Oban Winter Festival presents....The Great Oban Food Market! Celebrating the fabulous local food, produce, makers, bakers, distillers and more! There will be fun activities for kids (of all ages!) delicious hot & cold food to eat on the day, delicious treats to stock your cupboards and a whole lot more! The video below shows a tiny slice of what will be on offer!
10am - 4pm at the Corran Halls, entry is free - so come along for a browse & a graze! 😁⭐

You do not have to have ALL the details finalised, but we need to build the calendar so we can advise on any potential date clashes to help you run the most successful event possible!

The individuals, community groups, local charities and businesses of Oban always pull together the most jam-packed calendar of varied and exciting events to run throughout the festival - we cannot wait to hear what you incredible folks will come up with for 2026! The opening parade and Creel Tree switch on will be on Friday 13th November - we can incude any events from this date through to the 20th December.

Inclusion for your event in the programme is free of charge - if you would like to explore advertising in the brochure or on our website, please get in touch. We have great opportunities & very reasonable rates available 😉

The Oban Winter Festival is a 100% volunteer run charity, we are not affiliated with any other bodies, everything we do is aimed at supporting the hospitality and retail businesses of Oban, local charities and individuals and providing locals and vistors alike with a magical event experience!

The Oban Winter Festival’s team of volunteers are bringing The Great Oban Food Market to town - a celebration of the incredible local food, drink and artisan produce from across Scotland, Argyll & The Isles. Expect fresh seafood, home‑baked favourites, cheeses, preserves, whisky, sweet treats and so much more… all under one roof at the Corran Halls.
