Acornival on Saturday was a right old boster! Many thanks to Martha’s Needle, Orla Davis, Chipsum Gravy, Kirsty Lowrie Band, White Hart, The Shay House, Borderline and Living Proof. You were magnificent and it was an absolute pleasure for the Sound People to work with you. We will be in touch.
Thanks to all the stall holders. Thanks to the staff who were hanging by the end of the day. Great job. The Sound People are having a break now but out again in November. More to follow on that.

Acornival Day 2 is in full swing.
Massive thanks to Ignited, Three Piece Suits, Bazzar, Electronika and Tin Dog for smashing their sets yesterday.
The sun is shining, the beer/wine is flowing, the music is magic… get down to the Acorn in Nuneaton and give yourself a treat.

The Sound People out again and this time at The Acorn Pub in Nuneaton CV11 6GU. Friday Evening from 5 pm and again on Sat with sounds from 1pm and bands from 2pm. Might be the last of the summer sunshine… enough said!

The Sound People will be out again this weekend at WeddyFest supporting a special children’s charity Rays of Sunshine. Check out video for all the info. Big thanks to Wozza for putting it together again (and again and again)🥁🎸🎹🎤🤪

The Sound People will be action again providing gear and know how for the music makers at WeddyFest: Sat 29 Sun 30 Aug. Plenty of other stuff going on too all in aid of the children’s charity ‘Rays of Sunshine’. See you there!

A very big thank you to all the artists who made the Chestnuts Music Festival such a great day. Thanks to the Committee and members for supporting the event throughout the day and early evening. And we must not forget the staff for all their hard work. A great big thank you to the volunteers from the Nuneaton Foodbank for giving their time to collect funds from the willing donators today. We hope you’ve made a good wedge which will support individuals and families who have hit hard times. The Sound People thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We pride ourselves on providing a quality service which is decibal sound monitored to ensure that guests and neighbours are safe. Here’s to next year… booked again!
