This Saturday, our Rhythm Queen finalists will take to the stage and dance to the music they have already received and prepared for this special competition.

And the winner will receive something truly unique…

🎵 A custom music track created especially for her .

As both a musician and bellydancer, Evgeniya creates original music designed specifically for dancers, making this a very special prize for the champion of our Rhythm Queen category.

✨ Competition Update ✨

With the competition applications now closed, I’d love to share a quick update about what to expect at this year’s Belly Dance Spa Retreat Competition 💜

All competition categories will now take place LIVE during our Saturday Gala Show.

This year we will be celebrating dancers in four categories:

👑 Belly Dance Diva 45+
🥁 Rhythm Queen
🌿 Folklore / Traditional Dance
✨ Oriental / Mejance

And of course… we have some exciting prizes waiting for our winners!

🏆 Belly Dance Diva 45+
The winner will receive a FREE Full Belly Dance Spa Retreat Package for next year.

🎵 Rhythm Queen
The winner will receive a completely unique prize:
a custom-made song created especially for her by musician and bellydancer .

No stock music.
No generic track.
A song created just for you.

In addition, category winners will receive crowns, certificates, flowers and special awards offered by our judges and guest teachers.

For Rhythm Queen, dancers will perform accompanied by the fantastic Saiidi Beats drummers from Nottingham, bringing even more excitement and spontaneity to the competition finale 🥁

Most importantly, every competitor will receive valuable feedback and encouragement from our judging panel.

A playful and creative choreography where Belly Dance meets Latin influences, Bachata, Kizomba and a few unexpected surprises. Expect lots of musicality, creativity and a choreography that will make you smile from the inside.🥰

✨ 20 June – Belly Dance Spa Retreat
10:00–11:30 Technique Workshop

We’ll focus on strong foundations: balance, stability, ankles, leg strength, body control, posture, fluidity and technique details that we rarely have enough time to explore in regular classes.

Love these gatherings after tiring Workshops and actually meeting people not on the dance floor, but in real life 💜

Not online, not behind your working desk or between dancing sets- but actually live, real, ‘old skool’ how it should be🤓

This is one of my favourite traditions from our London events — finishing the day together around a table, sharing food and stories and creating even more connections beyond dance that would never have been created otherwise.

I can’t wait to repeat it all again this Sunday with Kasia Wronka.
