Formally a shop on Broad Street now a creative studio and located in the Nottingham City Centre area of Hockley, Mimm Studios combines the worlds of fashion, music and art through providing unique and independent clothing, Pop Up Events, Music events and creative space. Our studio space also acts as a Co-Working space by day and a hireable community space by night.

We’re hosting our second instalment of med minds: a listen & paint special for the curious, an afternoon of relaxed painting and drawing. All welcome.

We’ll be listening to one of Spain’s most celebrated singers and performers, Rosario. Known for her powerful voice and immersive penchant storytelling with a career spanning both music and film. We’ll be spinning Rosario’s acclaimed albums such as De Ley, Siento, and Muchas Flores.

A love letter to the blues & shebeen dances once hosted by Caribbean communities.

Often soundtracked by lovers rock, soul, reggae and blues, these gatherings were about closeness: proper tunes, slow dancing, and being together.

At BlueDraws, we take a small step back toward that feeling. Favouring intimacy, warmth and the simple joy of dancing and listening in a space that feels safe.

A slower pace. Low lighting. Heavy bass. Velvet corners.

In this session we’ll be listening to the dreamy Texas trio Khruangbin blending Thai funk with soul, surf, and psychedelic grooves often revered for their feel-good rhythms.
