Footprint Studios, Arts and Music Studios, PA Hire, Community Space footprints studios has now moved to the middle of the countryside in Nottinghamshire but we did have many years in the warehouse with community projects

Footprint Studios is an old Nottingham lace warehouse that has been lovingly converted into community space for artists, musicians, and craftsman. We have PA and sound system hire, Full recording studios, rentable artist space and several multi functional areas to rent. I just thought I'd put some pictures up of the building in 2012 and 2015 when my cousin David said to me coming and help me out because my building is becoming derelict and everyone's been dumping rubbish in it. This seems to have give my cousin David the thought he could make the all in unity food charity move all their rubbish by going to a solicitor who keeps threatening the charity. So if the solicitors want to keep looking on
my site they can have a look at all this rubbish left behind by previous tenants. Not the charity which has got nothing to do with the rubbish whatsoever Mr massers solicitors

Building looking a bit rough now gone downhill no maintenance for nearly 18 months landlords have done no maintenance in 20 years and say the building is it still good condition🤔🙄😳 roof collapsing floor is rotten white dry rot grow the full length of the building it's sad to see the old building

I just thought I would put some up-to-date pictures of the studio up as the building is collapsing around us. The floor is Rotten with white fungus growing underneath the whole length of the floor. The roof beams rotting and collapsing it's becoming far too dangerous to stay in the building but the landlords insist it is in good condition 🤔🤣 the landlord's have spent nothing on the building in 20 years
