Nottingham Global Roots Festival Nottingham's free entry community festival, celebrating live music and arts from around the world.

We created our free entry festival to encourage people from different cultures and backgrounds to unify through the love of live music from around the globe. We believe our festival shines a positive light on the city of Nottingham and will attract new people into the area. Most importantly, we aim to encourage different communities to have a better understanding and appreciation of each other.

Free family puppet show coming to Hyson Green as part of the Nottingham Puppet Festival!

Join us for Anansi and the Lost Sun – a funny and entertaining traditional story from West Africa. The puppet show and creative workshop are both for ages 6+.
