RPG Gaming at Games Haven

Fancy stepping into another world for a few hours?

Games Haven is building a bigger home for RPG gaming in Nottingham, not just D&D, but the wider world of tabletop roleplaying too. Whether you play Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, Cyberpunk, Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, indie RPGs, old-school systems, or something wonderfully obscure that needs six dice and a suspiciously thick rulebook, you are welcome here.

New player? No problem. Experienced GM looking for a table? Even better. Already have a group and just need somewhere comfortable to play? We have space for that too.

Our aim is simple: more RPGs, more welcoming tables, and more chances for people to find a group without feeling like they need to know everything before they walk through the door.

All-day gaming is £8.50 per person, with membership options available for regular players.

Our dedicated RPG room is also available to book for campaigns, one-shots, private groups and organised sessions.

Come tell stories, roll badly, make questionable decisions in character, and see where the dice take you.

Historical Gaming Drop-In & Play at Games Haven

From ancient shield walls and Napoleonic battle lines to tanks grinding across Europe and conflicts from every corner of military history, our tables are open.

Bring your army, bring your rules, grab an opponent and get a game underway.

Games Haven Historical Gaming Drop-In & Play is for historical wargamers of all experience levels. Whether you have been pushing lead and plastic soldiers around tables for decades, you are returning to the hobby, or you have always fancied trying historical gaming but never quite known where to start, you are welcome here.

Play the historical system you enjoy. Bolt Action, Flames of War, Black Powder, Hail Caesar, Chain of Command, Saga, Napoleonics, Ancients, naval games, aerial combat, obscure rules from 1987 that only six people remember... if it belongs on a historical wargaming table, we want to see it.

No tournament pressure. No requirement to be an expert. Just proper tables, good opponents and plenty of room for armies to manoeuvre.

Drop in. Find a game. Roll some dice. Rewrite history.
