Our headliner at the Nottingham Poetry Festival is Ratdim Nemela! Come and see him bring the house down 8th June at Barley Twist!
Radim Nemela is a Derby based Czech writer seamlessly bouncing between poetry and storytelling set around grimey pubs, crappy jobs, outsiders and underdogs, and hedonism galore. Often nocturnal, always captivating. He was once described as 'the missing link between Charles Bukowski and the Charles Bridge' and published in the DIY Poets zine. With appearances at festivals such as Hockley Hustle and Belper Goes Green and headline performances for the Union of Students or Nottingham's Speech Therapy, Radim Nemela is sure to bring energy, humour, and perhaps even the occasional thoughtful moment.
