Nottingham Park Garden Trail

Nottingham Park Garden Trail Open Gardens, every 2 years in the wonderful Nottingham Park Estate. Next one Sunday 22nd June 2025!

The Park is an historic residential estate in the heart of Nottingham, one of the most remarkable Victorian residential estates in the country. It is an area of national architectural importance as well as a conservation area – it was once the deer park for Nottingham Castle which overlooks it. The estate is still lit by one of the largest gas street-lighting networks in Europe.

🌿 A huge thank you from all of us at the Park Garden Trail! 🌿

What an incredible day β€” full of sunshine, flowers, cake, music, and community spirit. We were blown away by your support, generosity, and smiles.

πŸ’š Thank you to everyone who came, volunteered, baked, donated, opened gardens, performed, and helped behind the scenes. Special thanks to our garden owners who open their gates and let us trample their lawns.

Together we raised vital funds for our amazing charities, keep an eye on our updates as we have a rest before we calculate the totals.

We’re so grateful β€” and already dreaming of 2 years time just once we have put our feet up!

Today is the day! 🌿 We’re proud to support these incredible charities in 2025 🌿

πŸ’š Your ticket, your tea, your cake, your plant purchases… all support vital work in our community. You will spot these charities around today as volunteers on gates, running tea gardens and more. We thank them for their hard work and hope that we raise much needed funds for their work.

Our local charities are:
🧠 Headway Nottingham – providing comfort to brain injury patients and families at QMC.
πŸ‘ My Sight Notts – supporting people living with sight loss for over 175 years.
🍲 SaSh Kitchen – offering hot meals and community for those in food poverty.
🌱 Footprints Conductive Education – supports children living with mobility and communication difficulties to learn life skills and to achieve their full potential.
πŸŽ— PASIC – supporting families facing childhood cancer across the East Midlands.
πŸ‘΅ Radford Care Group – alleviating loneliness among older citizens and their carers.
πŸ›‘ Central Women’s Aid – helping families recover from domestic abuse.
πŸ₯« Himmah – running a food bank for anyone in need, from refugees to NHS workers.
πŸ’” Zephyr’s – supporting those touched by baby or child loss with specialist care and community.
πŸ’– Jericho Road Project – walking alongside women affected by the s*x industry to build new lives.

Every cream tea, garden plant or glass of fizz sold gives a little help to each of these charities. Thank you for making a difference πŸ’
