So let's address the elephant in the room, no one wants to hire a PT that doesn't talk the talk or walk the walk.

So here's the beginning of my journey from the couch to a better me, the highs and lows will all be here for you to see, for you to understand that in a culture of getting everything instantly that changing you body takes time (and certainly effort).

This was a 45min Chest and Biceps workout, as you can see I went at it hard in the first exercise but after that the intensity waned off but I still kept pushing and pushing through the sets.

Hammer DB Curls 3x15
Incline Bench DB Press 3x15
Flat Chest Flys 2x15
Machine Flys 2x15
Cable Bicep Curl 3x8 (straight bar)
Cable Chest Cross 3x10

Huge pump at the end, that reminded me why I went to the gym in the first place. 💪🏼💪🏼

Heres the latest update on the progress for 2020 nearly a month into the year, some minor changes but it's all progress.

I didnt hit my target for January with fitness goals but Feb is around the corner and I will make up for those goals!

🔥 1% bodyfat reduction
🔥 Attend 4 classes.
🔥 Incorporate more stretching/yoga into my plan
🔥 Set new Bench Press PB

So here we are 2020, some bare naked truth in a over a year I have not made any sustainable progress. I got married and as you can see I shift towards a slimmer me for the day but without new goals I went back to being lazy and not committed to being healthier.

I have some focused and exciting goals for this month and this year that I'm planning on sharing with everyone as time goes. There are things I have decided I must do for the sake of better mental and physical health, also including personal growth in a number of areas.

Another novel finished (in my case its really an audiobook but who really cares right?) and its a good one, Gotrek in his first novel in the mortal realms.

This story builds on the foundation done by David Guymer and Brian Blessed, we see an evolution from the displaced hero to a hero with a purpose.
