Brilliant class last night everyone
We definitely sweated and sparkled ✨️

And With all our dance routines plus our toning and stretching exercises at the end we burnt definitely loads of calories
Even though it was a warm one it didnt stop us from having our fun Friday workout

Really good session yesterday
It might have a warm one on Thursday but everyone kept the energy going and showed lots of effort and enthusiasm
Lovely singing , well done guys
