A full week of world-class improv is coming to Nottingham, bringing performers from across the globe to Squire PAC for fast-paced comedy, spontaneous storytelling and plenty of moments you’ll only ever see once.

We were delighted to welcome students and staff from local primary schools for a fun, hands-on puppet making workshop following the beautiful performance of Un Océan d’amour.

The children had the chance to get creative, make their own puppets and bring their ideas to life.

A big thank you to Nottingham Puppet Festival, City Arts - Nottingham and Challenge Nottingham for such an engaging and imaginative experience ✨

Tickets are now on sale for the Robin Hood International Improv Festival 2026 🏹

Get ready for a week of world-class comedy as performers from across the globe come to Nottingham for fast-paced scenes, joyful chaos and unforgettable live improv.

The festival begins with two free days of events on Monday 31 August and Tuesday 1 September, giving audiences the chance to get involved, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the start of the festival at no cost.

From there, individual show tickets and festival passes are available for the ticketed events taking place from Wednesday 2 September to Sunday 6 September 2026.
