Go Go Danse Macabre!

Taking the medieval allegorical concept of the Danse Macabre (Dance of Death) but transporting it to the 1960s where 2 Go Go dancers in the club, made up as skeletons, are there to dance you away under the mirrorball. Memento Mori - it comes for us all, and when it does for me let me be transported to a Go Go club where I can dance to psychedelic, freak beat, northern soul and all manner of 60s music!

I really enjoyed the set up for this market and using all my props for displaying my illustrations. Overjoyed that people came and had a good look and engaged with my work - when you meet people who just get it, then it really makes it worthwhile even if you don't make many sales.
