No Official Name

Hello everyone,

It’s been a while since we last spoke! We hope you are doing ok.

This is one of the reasons we are writing to you today. The No Official Name team are one hell of a busy bunch.

We’ve been a smaller team for the last 6 months with Jo traveling around the world, and it’s proved difficult to keep the momentum.

We have designed a new way of working we hope will be wholesome for the artists involved in our activities, but with Alice starting up an advisory group in her spare time, we haven’t been able to roll out our plans and do No Official Name justice.

As a group we came to the decision, that since things have naturally become quiet, that we would use this as a sign, and as a chance to put No Official Name on hold, without the risk of not delivering on projects we’ve promised.

This doesn’t mean the end of No Official Name, and it will always be open on social media, not just for archiving, but also for when the time is right again.

We will be using our instagram account to showcase our supported Artist’s work in the ‘Where’s That Space’ and to continue our creativity online, so please follow our journey on there.

We’ve had a blast these last few years and believe we created something accessible and interesting, which we couldn’t have done without the help of our amazing volunteers, collaborators, artists and audience, so thank you for your continued support.

Sometimes it’s just the right time to move on – we hope that you will stay with us on the next part of our journey.
