Nottingham Yarn Expo The fantastic yarn and knitwear design show, Nottingham Yarn Expo, will be taking place on the 17th of November, 2019.

"Nottingham and its environs have a deep and rich history of lace, textiles and world renowned design. With this strong connection to the fibre community it is my vision to bring together the most fabulous yarn companies, designers and artisans housed in one contemporary city centre venue."

Loch Ness Knitting is on a wee festive break until the 3rd of January when I’ll be back with some sale bargains and news for the coming year.

Today’s memory is a lovely flashback to the Nottingham Yarn Expo in November.

This was a great event for us and it’s the only yarn show that we go to. It takes a lot to tempt us away from the charms and delights of the Scottish Highlands but we love visiting Nottingham and the excellent yarn fans that come to see us there 💖
