Iā€™m devastated to share with you all that Alan is no longer with us, I am heartbrokenšŸ’”

Alan was my soul cat, the bond we had was truly special, he was the cat that changed my life.
Alan was the reason I started this, the reason I realised how wonderful black cats are, the reason I chose to advocate for more black cats like Alan to be recognised and not overlooked.
Alan was my little sidekick, the purr on my shoulder that helped me through hard times, a constant comfort.
Alan was the most wonderful cat, so gentle, loving and kind. A bit of a lone wolf who loved his adventures outside, typically spending time at the allotments with lots of wildlife around him, but loved spending time snoozing in his cosy spots at home and padding fuzzy blankets. He was a very smart cat, he knew exactly how to get what he wanted, an absolute feind for dreamies, he knew how to do paw, high five and wave, but only did them if he could see the treat in your hand!!

Without Alan there would be no The Black Cat Collective he was the inspiration, he completely changed my life and gave me a purpose, a career path that Iā€™d have never have thought I could pursue or have. This business is his legacy, something that I told him today as I said my goodbyes. His time earth side was too short, but he has made such an impact, that has quite literally spread across the world, anyone that has ever bought from us has a little piece of Alan. A true legend of a cat that will be immortalised forever in this business and beyondšŸ–¤

SOME SNIPPETS FROM THE GARAGEšŸ–¤

It was such a nice sunny spring day to be back at The Garage yesterday! Itā€™s always one of our faves to do, seeing lots of our lovely regular customers, and a bonus it being 5 mins down the road for us (yay for easy setup and travel)šŸ–¤

It was Stanā€™s first market back with us since November and he did great as always!! He spent his time exploring our little area, sitting on paper bags and snoozing in his cratešŸ„¹

Weā€™ll be back at The Garage again on the 21st June!
Up next is the big one, Liverpool Comic Con!! Weā€™re busy prepping away to bring you lots of new goodies we canā€™t waitšŸ¤­

Colouring book No.2 is coming so soon!!
Itā€™s been 2.5 years since the release of our first colouring book back in 2023šŸ¤Æ so a new one felt much needed!

Hereā€™s a lil preview of the front and back cover and one of the pagesšŸ„¹

Colouring book No.2 will officially be launching at Comic Con Liverpool in a few weeks time and will be popped online and in stockists shortly after!šŸ–¤
