A year ago today I galloped through the streets of Bristol with Peter Lord and the Aardman team. This year the party clashed with my son’s 21st birthday so I couldn’t be there. Boo to clashes, but hooray for the Aardman Academy and the community they provide for so many animators.

Btw I got the idea for this animation from another animator who I think uses procreate dreams too. She did multiple videos with a chick-like blob, whose eyes and beak stay static while the rest of its body follows her hands. I can’t find her now or remember her insta handle. If anyone knows who I’m badgering on about I would love to credit her for the inspiration.
