We have a wide range of activities, indoor and out for the whole family to enjoy, including Costume Trail in the woods, (outdoor) Kids Disco (indoor) Tempory water based tattoos (indoor) Children's Mask Making (indoors) Craft Market (indoors and outdoors) Bubble Party (outdoors) All this is included in your £2.00 entry fee, we also have BBQ, 2 licenced bars, bouncy castle, face painter, candyfloss and ice cream van, Foam Machine, 3 music areas and much much more, Prizes for best costume (boys and girls), and prizes for best made mask in our activity area (boys and girls) each will get a set of bubble guns worth £20.00, and don't forget our winner takes all Money raffle (normally raises around £200)

DAFT QUESTIONS TIME !

As you know tomorrow I will be very busy setting up, and that's when people decide to message me and ask things like... will there be a clown there ? And of course preparing for 750 plus gusts, and managing 7 staff, I don't have time to reply.
So today is your chance to ask.
One main thing I will say, is due to Internet connection at the main entrance, it will be CASH ONLY OR BANK TRANSFER, no cards when inside the venue, YOU CAN USE CARDS although most vendors prefer cash 😉
ALSO dogs are welcome inside the hotel.

YOU HAVE TO LAUGH!
Every year people ask earlier and earlier to book on Christmas wreath making classes, (this is posted with their permission, but I have cropped their name out for privicy)
We have 10 dates, and max 20 people a session, and I can do corporate events as well.
Details will follow, but as always, they book up very quickly as you all know.

NEW UNIFORMS HAVE ARRIVED.
So happy these came in time for our event. Now you all know who to ask for help.
I have had a big spend to improve all events, as before I was just donating all the money away, so little or none left for improvements.
But now, things will be changing a lot, to offer everyone a better experience and more value for money.
We will have 6 staff for our Mondays event at Bestwood Lodge , and now they will be clearer to see.

STALL HOLDERS PLEASE NOTE ! 📢
This is the final floor plan, the indoor stalls are dark green, and outside are light green. EVERY GUEST will come through the main entrance, so will see all the outdoor stalls, there are activities inside the hotel, so everyone will pass through, the bubble party is in the Garden patio area, so EVERY GUEST will pass through the ballroom to get to the patio area, so no vendor is hidden away.
Set up is from 10am, and all our staff will be wearing lanyards and new uniforms (if they turn up in time) as for regular vendors, well, you know what to do, so just do your thing at Bestwood Lodge

LETS HAVE A COMPETITION !
I have 2 family passes, and £50 in cash to give away for BANK HOLIDAY MONDAYS EVENT.
That's a fun day out for 2 families and a round of drinks and an ice cream or a go on the Bouncy Castle for 8 people.
Remember we also have our fancy dress trail, free arts and crafts, bubble party, and children's disco as well, plus over 30 stalls.
SO WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO TO WIN JOLLY, I hear you ask ?
Well it's simple, we are on 2740 likes, so, if you tag a friend, and they like out page, and share this post, we will pick a random person from after our current 2740 likes 👍 they will get a family pass and £25.00, and so will the person who originally tagged them.
