We are ready to cut loose! We are hosting an information evening for our summer production of Footloose the Musical ahead of auditions:

📢 Who We Are Looking For:

Belters & Rockers: Singers who can tackle high-energy 80s pop anthems.

Dancers & Movers: Anyone ready to learn iconic, high-octane choreography.

Actors (aged 10-17): Dynamic performers to bring this classic town to life.

No need to have already booked your audition, just come along and find out more about the show.

Here’s a great audition opportunity for younger actresses - playing age of 9 (actual age doesn’t matter as long as you can look about that age). Rehearsing and performing in Beccles with the lovely WLOG - check it out!

We’re on the search for Lily…

Lily (Ben’s daughter) is 9 years old!! The youngest member of the tent! A sassy, smart girl and her dad’s biggest supporter.

She features throughout the show and has a duet with Ben. Playing age is 9!

Get ready for our next show auditions starting this week! This Friday, join us for the Information Evening for The Twits and hear about the amazing roles available. Are you vile and comical enough to play Mr or Mrs Twit? Or agile enough to be a Muggle Wump? Maybe you'd shine as our Narrator or soar as our Roly Poly Bird?

We are looking for a cast of 10, led by two phizz-whizzingly brilliant actors in the title roles - if clowning around and being disgusting is your thing, this is the show for you!

Echo Youth Theatre has 4 more exciting workshops this Easter with 28 FREE spaces per day for means-tested free school meal eligible families. NEXT WEEK we have James and the Giant Peach for 7-12yrs and Legally Blonde for 12-16yrs. Book Now!

Paid spaces also available at £25 per child; lunch, snack, and activities included.

Our workshops will start with some drama games to gently settle the children into the environment. During this workshop your child will learn two of the following theatre skills: acting, dance, design, face paint, musical theatre, physical theatre, singing, and stage combat. Lunch and snack is included. Lunch is sat in 2-3 sittings as the children rotate through a themed food and craft activity! At 2.45pm there will be a short showcase to parents/carers with the children going home at 3pm.
