The Four Weeks Sculptural Ceramics Course places are filling quickly and we are already booked into next year.
Please note that I no longer run Taster Sessions; the Four Week Courses run in their place, so that students can work in more depth on their chosen piece. There are also limited spaces available in some of the regular weekday classes. 🙂🏺

It's that time of year again, you're trying to think of the perfect Christmas gift for a loved one...socks? Another scarf? During a Taster Session, the participant makes three pieces of work, including on eon the wheel, and there is the option to book a double session enabling them to come back and glaze their masterpieces a few weeks later. Vouchers are also available for Throwing Sessions, a more personalised class focusing on working on the wheel. *** MOTHER'S DAY***
Mother's Day is fast approaching (14th March) and with the new guidance from the Government indicating we can open from 12th April, we are pleased to be able to offer our Mother's Day Gift Certificates. Although we realise that Mums will not be able to be here on the day itself, they could open a Gift Certificate with their card, and book a fantastic Taster Experience with us. Once again, we are of course in Lockdown, and sadly, the studio is closed for classes until restrictions are lifted. We are using this time to further extend the studio space in order to provide adequate socially distanced spacing for when classes can recommence safely. However, we would like to remind you that The Great Pottery Throw Down begins a new series on Sunday evening (Ch 4, 7.45pm) so if you want to whet your appetite for a future class, we are still offering Gift Certificates for Taster Sessions which will remain valid for 18 months from date of purchase. It's been great to welcome students old and new this week! If you are still stuck for something to buy for the person who has everything, we are still selling our gift certificates, with extended validity of 18 months from date of purchase. Available as a single visit (£30) to make three pieces which will be bisque fired and clear glazed for collection, or two visits for £55, and you could enhance your work further by returning to decorate your pieces with your own choice and method of coloured underglaze. Gift Certificates can be personalised with your own message, and will be emailed to you for printing, so no waiting for the post to arrive!

It is with regret that we will once again be closing the studio on Wednesday 4th November at 5pm, as per Government guidelines, until December 2nd 2020, or whenever lockdown restrictions are reduced. For those regulars who wish to purchase clay in order to continue projects at home, I can arrange for clay to be collected without contact. Let us hope that we shall soon be back to regular sessions and welcoming our tasters. If you have a session booked during lockdown, please call or email me to rearrange. Thank you for your patience and custom at this difficult time.
