What a lovely way to end the summer art workshops! Beautiful and colourful toucan paintings all round. We got so carried away that the two hours absolutely flew by and it was home time much too early!

I’ve loved seeing my regular art club children over the summer and meeting new budding artists too. Thanks everyone for supporting me!

I can’t wait to hear all about the children’s summer holidays at Friday afterschool art club. I have a fun new ‘in motion’ theme which I am 💯 sure the kids are going to love!

I’ve also got an exciting resin workshops planned for October half term, so watch this space! 🌟

This Saturday is our final Sketchbook Club session of the summer and we’ll be painting bright and beautiful tropical toucans!

It’s been such a fun and colourful summer, and I can’t believe it’s coming to an end already.

This last session is happening Saturday from 10am–12pm at my studio in Pulham Market.

A very proud moment for one of my regular Sketchbook Club artists!

Her beautiful Cromer crab painting, created during one of my summer art workshops, has been selected for the Youth Art Exhibition at POSY in Lavenham raising money for YoungMinds.

It’s great to see her getting her artwork out there and even better that it’s helping to support such an important cause. Well done!👏

We had a lot of fun creating these bright and colourful Andy Warhol inspired multi media pieces and for once I remembered to take a group photo!

They were completely absorbed in making these. It got me thinking about just how good it is for them to have this time to be really creative and in the moment. Away from screens and other distractions, just making, experimenting and having fun, for the pure joy of it!

I loved the end result and seeing how proud they were of them certainly put a smile on my face too 😊

A couple of bright and beautiful paintings from today’s art club. In our second summer holiday workshop, we explored a range of mixed-media techniques, using paint, vibrant inks, Posca pens, stencils and cardboard to create beautiful, abstract artworks on canvas with a magical 3D effect.

Loved today’s class making Highland cows out of air-dried clay, full of personality and inspired by Brick Kiln Pottery The children produced such wonderful pieces, each one full of character and something to be proud of. I’m really looking forward to when they paint them next week!
