💙 WE DID IT… £1,021.95 RAISED FOR CALM! 💙

I honestly don’t quite know where to start!

After all the planning, organising, running around, asking for donations and probably driving everyone mad 😂, our charity day at The Walnut Tree Shades raised an incredible…

💙 £1,021.95 FOR CALM – Campaign Against Living Miserably 💙

To say I’m proud and overwhelmed is an understatement. 🥹

There are SO many people who helped make this day what it was, so here goes…

🎤 OUR AMAZING SINGERS 🎤

A massive thank you to Teigan Sinead — what an absolutely stunning voice! You were incredible. ❤️

A huge thank you to Joe, who entertained us during the day and helped keep the atmosphere going. 🎶

And of course RICH Ska & Reggae, who finished off our live entertainment and brought the ska and reggae vibes to the Walnut Tree Shades! 🎶🙌

Thank you to all three of you for giving your time and talent and helping make our charity day so special. 💙

🎯 OUR DARTS TEAM 🎯

I cannot thank my Monday night darts team enough. You made the whole darts tournament happen and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you.

And a huge CONGRATULATIONS TO Tommy Wilson, who won the tournament and walked away with the trophy and prize money! 🏆🎯👏

💙 MY MUM, PAM LAKE 💙

A very special thank you to my mum for organising the tombola and then standing there running it ALL DAY! 😂 You worked so hard and I honestly appreciate everything you did to help me.

🍻 MY AMAZING STAFF 🍻

You worked your socks off all day, helped everything run smoothly and, most importantly, kept all our lovely customers suitably watered! 😂🍺

Thank you for working so hard and putting up with the chaos — I couldn’t have done it without you.

🍛💙 CURRY MUNCHERZ💙🍛

A massive special thank you to Curry Muncherz, who joined us outside the pub for the day, keeping everyone fed with their amazing food AND generously donating 10% of their takings to CALM. 🙌

Having you there was a brilliant addition to the day and your support for our fundraiser genuinely meant so much to us. Thank you for being part of it and helping us towards that incredible total! 💙👏

We also had other wonderful prizes and bits donated by individuals and businesses, so to EVERYONE who donated anything at all, thank you. Whether big or small, every single donation helped us reach that incredible total.

And finally…

💙 TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO CAME THROUGH OUR DOORS 💙

Whether you bought raffle tickets, had a go on the tombola, played the games, entered the darts tournament, donated money, bought some food, had a few drinks 🍻, enjoyed the singers or simply came along to support us — THANK YOU.

Seeing everyone come together to raise money for a charity that means so much was something I won’t forget.

We wanted to raise as much as we possibly could…

💙💙 £1,021.95 LATER… I THINK WE ABSOLUTELY SMASHED IT!! 💙💙

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO MADE IT POSSIBLE.

💚❤️

💚 A DAY FOR SOMETHING BIGGER THAN US 💚

On Saturday 19th September, Curry Muncherz are incredibly proud to be heading to The Walnut Tree Shades in Norwich City Centre to be part of a very special charity day supporting CALM – Campaign Against Living Miserably.

This isn’t just another event for us. It’s a day about coming together, raising awareness, supporting one another and reminding people that they are never alone. 🫶

There will be music, live singers, darts, raffles, games, prizes and plenty of fundraising throughout the day — all bringing people together for an incredibly important cause.

As a small family-run business, being able to use our food trailer to contribute to something that can genuinely help others means so much to us. ❤️

10% of all Curry Muncherz food sales on the day will be donated to the charity, so every curry, every burger and every box of chips you enjoy with us will help us give something back.

Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean the world to someone who is struggling.

So come along, eat, laugh, listen to some music, have some fun and help us raise as much as we possibly can. 🍛🍔❤️

One big day. One important cause. One community coming together 💚
