LEGACY is the all male dance company which formed following the massive success of Matthew Bourne's "Lord of the Flies" project in 2014. We train in many different styles of dance and work towards suitable performance opportunities throughout the year. No previous experience is necessary but natural ability, a desire to dance and commitment to the sessions and performances is paramount. Legacy con
sists of weekly company class hosted at Sprowston Diamond Centre, Norwich on a Saturday from 2-5pm. As well as receiving training in choreography and technique from qualified teacher and original East Anglian Ambassador Cat Chapman, there are also high profile industry guest teachers from around the country, delivering various styles of dance based movement. Admission to the company is by audition only for males aged 10 - 21 years. The sessions are predominantly funded, but there is a small company contribution required to aid with the successful continuation of the programme.
