Strumpshaw Tree Fair 🎪 Family-run Fair celebrating artisans, woodworkers and performers
📍Strumpshaw New Hall & Steam Museum, NR13 4HR Of course, no fair is complete without a show!

Here you’ll get the chance to meet Norfolk’s skilled wood crafters and admire the intricate and creative designs they make from this wonderful natural material. There will be everything from willow sculptures, driftwood sculptures and traditionally crafted wooden Gypsy flowers to beautifully made bowls, hurdles, fencing, rakes, chairs, baskets, walking sticks and mirrors. The fair will be a chance

for Norfolk’s many artisans and food producers to showcase their talents. Come and marvel at the forge works, jewellery designers, soap makers and apothecaries. If you’re feeling peckish take a look at our freshly baked pizza, Caribbean cuisine, tacos that showcase Norfolk produce or wild game meat. And all while buskers entertain stall holders and public alike! So Dan the Hat will be delighting audiences all weekend. Whether you’re a regular visitor to Strumpshaw or this is your first time, you’re in for a surprise!

We’re on the hunt for a talented artist to bring next year’s Strumpshaw Tree Fair poster to life 🌿✨

Over the years, we’ve been lucky enough to work with some wonderfully talented local artists, and we’d love to continue celebrating the creativity and craftsmanship found right here in our community.

If you’re an artist who’d like to be part of next year’s fair, we’d love to hear from you! 🎨

Please note that we’d need the poster ready by 30th September

Well, this feels odd! I’m usually behind the screen not on it 🫣

👋🏻 Hi everyone!

Some of you might recognise my face but not my name. I’m Beth, and for almost the past year I’ve been working with Candy and the team as The Strumpshaw Tree Fair’s Social Media Manager & Photographer

So, for everyone who has messaged us or commented on our posts over the past year, it’s usually been me on the other side of the screen replying to you 😊

I’m freelance and work with a range of different clients, but working with The Tree Fair has to be one of my favourite parts of my job and that’s largely down to all of you!

When photographing events, photographers are often met with people turning away from the camera as soon as they spot it (I promise I’m not that scary! 😂), but you’re such a lovely, friendly bunch who are always happy to have your photo taken, or, this year, even stop for an interview!

You support us on social media when we ask for it, share your thoughts and ideas, and are just an all-round lovely bunch of people. So, thank you for making my job 10 times easier and, most importantly, so much fun 🥰

I’m already looking forward to seeing you all again at the next fair! 🌳💚
