Providing fun and enriching music classes for babies, toddlers (and their mums and dads!) in Norfolk. Children love music and it really is never too early to start engaging them in musical activities. Music is proven to be beneficial to many aspects of child development, from speech, listening and literacy skills to building co-ordination and confidence. Little Birds Music sessions also provide a

stimulating and fun experience for you and your child to enjoy together in a friendly group environment! You’ll both learn new songs and games (as well as some you may remember from your childhood) that you can take away and play at home too!

Hey folks, this Monday, 9th June will be our final Little Birds Music session in Brundall. It would be lovely to have you along for some music making and a cuppa! Music starts at 10am 🎸🎵☕️

It’s been a wonderful four years of life making music with you and your families at Brundall Memorial Hall. I’ll still be running sessions in nurseries and pre-schools, and if you want to come sing with me during the week please come along to one of my sessions. I’m offering free taster sessions in June, so it’s a perfect time to come and try it if you’re interested.

Keep making music with your kids… it brings such joy and connection!

🧡 Singing Mamas on Prescription 🧡

We still have a few spaces available on our next 10-week Singing Mamas on Prescription programme beginning 29th April. This maternal well-being programme is generously supported by through the Countering Loneliness Innovation Fund meaning that it is completely free to access for perinatal women who are experiencing, or at risk of, anxiety and/or depression. The programme is open to women who are pregnant/have a baby under one year. Referrals from health professionals welcome, and eligible women can also self-refer.

Why a singing group for mamas? Singing is proven to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and increase the bond between mother and baby.

Feedback continues to show the positive impact of this course. Please help us spread the word so we can reach even more women who could benefit from our programme 🧡
