Our improv friends at Here & Now People in Woodbridge are putting on this Playfulness event. Although this isn't strictly improv it sounds like it kinda is. It's a one day workshop on 17 August called The Way of Play in Woodbridge. It's a fun session that combines playfulness and mindfulness and explores how they go together. All the events I've been to put on by Alex Menhams there have been fabulous.

A playful session using mindful games to help us dive headfirst into the present moment and rediscover pure fun and endless creativity.

Some of the Ooh!s are away brushing up our skills and teaching at The British Improv Project this weekend. Don't worry, we left the ones who aren't coming with us with a bag of oranges, and we're sure they won't be able to get up to TOO much mischief with them....!
