Swaffham stadium open day Auction
Date:- Saturday 15th August 2026
Viewing from 1pm Auction Starts at 2.30pm
We invite everyone to sell at our Open Field Auction, it is FREE to lot items from:-
cars, vans, trailers, horse boxes, horse items, farm & agricultural, house and garage clearance, fencing supplies, reclaimed, we will sell nearly anything you wish to lot,
There is full catering too on site.
Items can be brought in for the sale from Wednesday 12th August from 10am.
On the day entry is £1 per person over 15yrs.
On Auction day there is a fee of 5% added to hammer price for buyers, which will be added to the hammer price (please note that fee is payable to us as the auctioneers)
At the fall of the hammer and items sold there is a sellers premium charged by the auction of 15% commission on all sales, when lotting items you agree to this premium, (the premium will be deducted from the sold items and retained by us as auctioneers, the remaining balance will be paid to you as the seller for your lotted items that are sold.
Terms will apply when lotting.
All items must be lotted and on site by no later than Friday 14th August at 12 midday.
