A massive congratulations to everyone who auditioned. The standard was unbelievably high, and we were blown away by the talent, enthusiasm and support shown throughout the audition process. Thank you to every single person who took part.

🎶 Could you be part of our choir? 🎶
We're still recruiting for our choir and would love to hear from singers of all voice parts, although we are particularly keen to welcome bass, baritone and tenor voices.
There are no auditions required for the choir, just bring your enthusiasm and love of singing!
The choir will perform on stage with song books, helping to create the rich, powerful sound that makes The Hunchback of Notre Dame one of the most spectacular musical theatre scores ever written. This makes it a fantastic opportunity for anyone who enjoys singing but may not want the pressure of learning a staged role.
Whether you're a seasoned performer, a choir member looking for a new challenge, or someone who's always wanted to get involved in theatre, we'd love to welcome you to our company.
Come and be part of something truly special, make new friends, and help us bring this epic story to life - Rehearsals start in September.

Please join us in congratulating our Vice President, Sue Chatt, on being nominated for the Cheshire Woman 2026 Awards in recognition of her outstanding contribution to amateur theatre over the past 50 years.

Sue has been a dedicated and valued member of Mid Cheshire Musical Theatre for more than five decades, giving countless hours of service, support, and passion to our community. She was also recently honoured with the 2026 Community Reward Hoppy Award for her outstanding service to the community.

We are incredibly proud of Sue and all she has achieved. Congratulations Sue, this recognition is so very well deserved!

What an amazing turnout at our Hunchback of Notre Dame launch night! Thank you to everyone who came along, we are so excited for this production. The energy and talent in the room was absolutely incredible, and it was fantastic to see so many people sharing the excitement for what’s ahead.
We’re now looking forward to our next audition workshop tomorrow, 20th May, at Owley Wood Recreation Centre weaverham, and can’t wait to welcome even more of you who are interested in joining us. Exciting times ahead!

At the prestigious NODA North West awards ceremony last night, Lydia was awarded the Best Programme (Perkins Class) for her truly stunning Shrek Jnr programme. 👏👏👏👏

Recently, super talented Sidney Causer won her NODA district 8 award as Princess Fiona too!!
Congratulations to you both - so deserved x
