Last year I had the privilege of working directly alongside as an ambassador for .work.out and this event in Nottingham for was a real highlight for me.

I am really excited to see how I can continue to support and explore helping others to discover the power of practicing mindful techniques in 2025 especially as a new mum taking on new challenges.

What are you aspiring to be? The really helped me to grow and learn how to follow my passion wholeheartedly - what techniques will you be using going into the new year???
