No Tickerty Acting on impulses of engineering curiosity & the need to take things apart, 'No Tickerty' was born

What started as an inspirational idea while on holiday, has grown into a captivating world of re-purposing broken mechanical watches into clever and intriguing works of art. Each large design contains all of the parts that can be found from a single mechanical wrist watch. The arrangement ideas were simple at first... but these soon evolved into much more complex and challenging pieces. The positi

ve feedback that the was received, and the addiction that has spawned from using this medium, has lead to the development of this business. As a child of the 90's and a lover of puns, the name 'No Tickerty' was born. You are able to purchase pieces that are a replica of the designs displayed on this page. Each piece has to be hand crafted and since all of the watches are different, what you receive may have minor variances from the pictures. Every item produced by No Tickerty is given a unique name, ID number and is signed by the artist (Bryn Pettitt). If you are interested in finding out more, please do not hesitate to message No Tickerty, and we will endeavour to get in touch as soon as possible. So this was my last commission piece requested as a gift from husband to wife on their big day...it was completed last year but delayed due to Covid!!

I really enjoyed creating the bees and may look to doing similar pieces in the future!...
..on that note, No Tickerty has been ‘wound down’ for now due to focussing on family (the sooner I can teach the kids to dismantle watches the faster I can get back at it 😂).

The positive feelings that No Tickerty has generated for me is the driving force for wanting to continue in sharing the joy that the art appears to create!
