Village Voices

Village Voices Village Voices is a Northamptonshire based choir established over 25 years ago and based in Old Membership is £35 per term.

Village Voices is a mixed, amateur choir of 30-40 voices established in the early 1990's under the musical directorship of Ian Clarke, who is well known for his expertise on the harpsichord and organ. The choir has flourished during that time and puts on regular concerts at Christmas and Easter, plus occasional summer concerts and workshops. The choir currently rehearses in St Andrew’s Church in t

he village of Old due to Covid (instead of Walgrave Baptist Chapel schoolroom, Gold Street NN6 9QE) on Thursday evenings from 7.30-9.30pm. The choir is open to anyone who loves to sing and members come from a wide geographical area. There are no voice auditions, but an ability to read music is an advantage.
