🎄✨ NOW HIRING: CHRISTMAS GAMES MASTERS – APPLY BEFORE SANTA DOES! ✨🎄

Santa’s elves have rebuilt our Christmas escape room (whether we asked them to or not!) – now we need YOU to help run the festive fun.

We’re looking for confident, outgoing Games Masters to join us this Christmas – with the chance to stay on permanently if you’re the perfect gift we’ve been waiting for. 🎁

If you love making people laugh, keeping the energy merry & bright, and you’re not shy about talking to groups (sometimes up to 30-40 people at once!) – this could be your moment to sleigh!
If you are shy… this job will snowball out of control pretty quickly. 😉

Availability: You must be free on Saturdays and Sundays (our busiest times).

Important Note: If you can’t put your phone down, this isn’t the job for you. You’ll be too busy jingling, mingling and running games to scroll anyway! 📵

🎭 Your “Present” Responsibilities

🎅 Greeting guests and setting the scene (yes, including the health & safety bit – but we keep it festive!).

🏗️ Resetting rooms so the next team gets the full magical experience.

🕵️ Running the games: dishing out clues, keeping everyone safe, and making sure they’re having snow much fun.

📸 Presenting the grand debrief, handing out time cards, taking photos, and sharing them on social media.

🛠️ Helping with prop repairs or even building new puzzles (it’s basically being Santa’s helper, minus the pointy shoes).

✨ General cleaning/tidying to keep everything looking like a winter wonderland.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

A big personality – no shy elves allowed!

Someone who can confidently talk to groups and spread Christmas cheer like confetti.

A team player who can also work independently.

Experience with groups, entertainment, or hospitality is a bonus – but not essential.

📅 Hours & Contract

Temporary Christmas position with potential to go permanent for the right person.

Zero-hour contract to start, with the option to move to 16 hours per week.

Hours will be scheduled within our opening times:
Mon–Fri 10am–9pm | Sat 9am–10pm | Sun & Bank Hols 10am–9pm
